Fallows has worked at Liverpool for 12 years and is one of the key behind-the-scenes heroes in the team's glorious period in recent years. He helped the club establish a data-driven player recruitment model and led many of the most important signings in the club's modern history, including Firmino, Mane, Salah, Robertson and Alisson. With his help, Liverpool won many important championships including the Premier League and Champions League.
Dave Fallows will leave Liverpool in October 2024. He has also worked for Manchester City, Newcastle and other teams before.
