The Sun reported that a Chelsea fan said he learned that Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League this season after he was imprisoned in Poland for five days. The confused Blues fan posted a video on social media saying he was detained after a clash wit...
The fan claimed that he was involved in a fight that happened before the final and he was immediately imprisoned. In the video, the fan said he was imprisoned for five days and was not released until Sunday morning local time. He did not know that Chelsea won the final on Wednesday.
The fan also said that he is now penniless and must find a way to go home. He said: "I was released from a prison in Poland and just learned that Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League.
The Polish police left me penniless now, because I had been in there for four or five days because of a small dispute with Betis fans.
I am now in Wroclaw, penniless, only backpack and some things I bought. To be honest, I really don't know how to get home, but at least Chelsea won the damn UEFA Champions League, I just knew.
I was released at 7 am five days later. Today is Sunday and that game was on Wednesday. They locked me up because of a fight, let me see how I should go home, I don't know what to do."
